Gareth Parkinson (PI of P04) was named a Fellow of AVS for
“outstanding contributions to our understanding surface chemical processes using well-defined model systems, particularly in single-atom catalysis, and for outstanding work on iron oxide surfaces”.
He will receive his award at the AVS Award Ceremony during the upcoming AVS 68th International Symposium and Exhibition (AVS 68) in November.
