TACO Paper Cited in Nobel Prize Explanation

A TACO paper of the subprojects P03 and P12 (headed by Georg Kresse and Christoph Dellago, respectively) was referenced in the explanation of this year’s Nobel Prize in Physics. It was published by first author Pablo Montero de Hijes (P12) in the Journal of Chemical Physics earlier this year together with Bernhard Schmiedmayer (P03),
In the paper, models developed by the nobel laureates John J. Hopfield and Geoffrey E. Hinton are used to study the thermodynamical properties of water.

Congratulations to Pablo Montero de Hijes, Bernhard Schmiedmayer, Georg Kresse, and Christoph Dellago!
